Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Commitment to the Programme By booking your place, you are committing to attend the full 3-day programme. Your presence and participation are an important part of the group experience.
2. Confidentiality You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
3. Refunds & Cancellations:
   1. 1. If Robinson Consultants Ltd need to cancel the programme before it begins, you will receive a full refund.
      2. If you choose to stop attending, withdraw, or miss sessions, no refund is offered. This is because your place is reserved for the full programme and cannot be re‑filled once the programme has started.

4. Rescheduling If a session needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, as much notice as possible will be provided and an alternative date offered. No refund is provided for rescheduled sessions.
5. Transfers Your booking is for this specific programme and date. Transfers to future programmes are not offered unless agreed in writing.
6. Wellbeing & Responsibility This programme is reflective and developmental in nature. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for seeking additional support if needed. The programme is not therapy or a substitute for medical or psychological care.
7. Payments Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe.
8. Acceptance of Terms By booking your place, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
