Upcoming dates: 20-22 November 2026 | Ufford, near Stamford | £795 inc VAT

Life’s later decades can offer extraordinary opportunities. Yet, after years of meeting the needs and expectations of others, it isn’t always easy to know what we want for ourselves.

Perhaps you’re approaching retirement, reconsidering your relationship with work, or simply sensing that there’s another chapter waiting to be written.

Vibing the Views is an invitation to pause.

Over three carefully designed days, you’ll have the space, tools, support and inspiration to reconnect with who you are now, explore what matters most and begin shaping a future that feels genuinely your own.

Through a blend of facilitated conversations, presentations, hands-on workshops and gentle movement exploration, you’ll discover new ways of thinking, feeling and making choices.

This isn’t about fixing or rescuing. It’s about noticing, accepting and becoming.

And you’ll share the experience with others who understand something of the stage of life you’re navigating.

No need to pretend. No need to perform. Just the freedom to turn up as you are.

Our immersive retreat offers a different way to experience the Vibing the Views programme where you’ll have the opportunity to step away from everyday commitments and give yourself three days of focused attention.

You’ll explore the programme’s themes through a carefully paced mix of group coaching, guided reflection, practical exercises and movement-based learning.

With a maximum of 12 participants, there’s room for meaningful conversations, different perspectives and genuine connections.

You’ll also have time between sessions to reflect, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Ufford and the nearby historic market town of Stamford.

This is dedicated time for yourself – not simply to think about what’s next, but to begin experiencing what a more intentional future might feel like.

Vibing the Views is designed particularly for people in their 50s and 60s who are ready to explore the possibilities of their next chapter.

You may be:

  • Preparing for retirement or adjusting to life beyond full-time work.
  • Looking to reconnect with who you are outside your professional or family roles.
  • Considering a new direction, purpose or relationship with work.
  • Wanting to approach ageing with greater confidence, agency and intention.
  • Ready to strengthen your connection between mind, body and everyday wellbeing.
  • Simply curious about what else life might hold.

You don’t need to arrive with a plan, a problem to solve or any previous coaching experience.

Just bring yourself, your curiosity and an openness to explore.

By the end of your three days, our hope is that you’ll leave with:

  • Clarity – a stronger sense of who you are now and what truly matters to you.
  • Confidence – a renewed sense of possibility and trust in your own choices.
  • Connection – greater awareness of the relationship between your mind, body and emotions.
  • Perspective – fresh ways to think about work, retirement, relationships and the years ahead.
  • Practical insights – ideas and everyday approaches that can help you maintain momentum.
  • Community – meaningful connections with others exploring similar life transitions.

Above all, you’ll have given yourself something valuable: the time and space to consider how you want to live your later decades, with intention rather than by default.

Not ready to sign up, but want to keep up to date with all Vibing the Views offers? That’s great, just register your interest here and we’ll keep you informed of any updates and special offers.

Stewart Hamblin

Movement Specialist | Feldenkrais Practitioner | Author | Creator of Fit Sit

Stewart brings a fascinating perspective to Vibing the Views, exploring the relationship between movement, awareness and our ability to live well as we grow older.

His interest in movement began following a serious foot injury during his earlier career as a lawyer in London. His own rehabilitation sparked a fascination with how we learn to move and how our movement patterns can change.

He subsequently qualified as a teacher of the Feldenkrais Method and has worked with people across an extraordinary age range, from babies with additional needs to clients aged over 100.

Through his work, Stewart has observed that many physical difficulties we associate with ageing can also be influenced by the way we have learned – or forgotten – to move.
