Vibing the Views….
…..more beautiful later in the climb
Your later decades can be your best ever….
….we’ll discover them by exploring together!
You’ve spent years building a career, raising a family, supporting other people and doing what’s expected of you.
Now you are reaching one of the biggest transitions since leaving school.
Perhaps your children no longer need you. Perhaps your parents do. ‘Retirement’ is in sight, or you’ve already stepped away from the career that defined you. Your body, your confidence and relationships feel different. Your life is entering new terrain, and you are not sure how to navigate any more.
From the outside, everything may look fine. Internally, you might be asking yourself:
- Who am I now?
- What comes next?
- How do I make the rest of my life meaningful?
Many people simply keep going, caring for ageing parents or grieving their loss, changing family roles, career uncertainty, loss of status, structure, social interaction, retirement fears, and health challenges. We feel bewildered and lost.

For Organisations
What if some of your most valuable resources are hidden in plain sight?
The progression from High Flyer to Has-been can be a universally painful one. There is a sense of the impending parting of the ways, the turning up to work feeling quietly despondent, knowing that part of the organisation has already written you off; you are not part of the future, the strategy currently being developed will not be yours to implement.
What happens when we recognise our Has-been’s are also our Has-knowledge/ Has-experience/ Has-expertise?
In Vibing the Views, we acknowledge the reality that these are the last years shared with an organisation, we explore what can create engagement and value-added for both our participant and their organisation. What kind of conversations need to happen for that to be possible, what needs to happen to create a valuable win-win – exciting and hopeful, rather than marking time and counting down the years.
Would your organisation like to benefit from the renewed engagement and confidence of its most knowledgeable and experienced people?
For larger organisations the immersive version of Vibing the Views can be delivered in-house. Contact Kay to find out more.

International Specialist Coach | 20+ Years | Major Life Events & Transitions | Professionals Midlife+ | Clean Coaching Practitioner
Midlife is a time when invisible pressures tend to intensify. After more than 20 years as an Executive Coach, I’ve noticed that it is often non-work challenges that hinder a person’s performance the most. I specialise in helping people navigate life and work through these difficult events and transitions.
I know how important this is and how much coaching can help. I have my own relevant lived experience; I created these groups because they are what I wanted as a client. Two decades as a coach, following my corporate career, continuous learning and development has allowed me to select tools that create solutions perfectly aligned for each person.
How we work
To enhance the experience we use ‘Clean Questions’ and we work with metaphor. This clarifies thinking, reveals inner resources, increases trust in yourself, and supports sustainable change. You’ll learn deceptively simple and powerful Clean Questions which are useful in all contexts of life.
Rather than giving advice or trying to ‘fix’ problems, this approach helps you experience profound insights and discover your own solutions.
The Vibing the Views life transition coaching programme gives you a chance to:
- Pause and reflect on deep questions affecting every aspect of your life
- Connect with who you are now and what you would like to have happen
- Access your own inner resources
- Experience the liberation of being with people who have no agenda in your life
- Reveal a clear view of the future you want
- Make some friends along the way
Whether you’re investing in yourself, or you’re part of an organisation committed to supporting experienced employees through one of life’s biggest transitions, this Programme provides practical coaching, meaningful conversations and a supportive community.

How is the programme going to help me?
By the end of the programme, you’ll have a much clearer understanding of who you are now, what’s important to you and where you want to take your life in the future. You’ll leave with greater confidence, fresh perspectives and practical ways to move forward. You’ll feel better equipped to make decisions that are right for you.
Is this therapy?
No. Vibing the Views is a group coaching programme, not therapy. Rather than focusing on the past, coaching helps you explore where you are now, what matters most to you and what you would like to have happen in the future. Through guided exploration, practical exercises and shared experiences, you’ll gain fresh perspectives and discover your own answers in a confidential and supportive environment.
What if I’m not retired yet?
If you are still working, approaching retirement or never intending to retire – all are perfect. This programme is designed for anyone in their second half who wants to approach the next phase of life with greater clarity, excitement and hope.
Will I have to speak in front of everyone?
It is a small group, you share as much or as little as you want to, whatever feels comfortable for you. The programme is designed to be a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space.

Do I need to prepare anything?
Before the programme begins there will be a brief intake questionnaire. Before each session you will be invited to consider questions and reflection prompts – how you do this is up to you, you don’t need to submit anything, this is purely for you own benefit. You can take the questions on a walk, into the shower – write nothing, brief notes or an essay. It’s your choice.
