Please note:This is COACHING, NOT THERAPY
Your facilitator is Kay Robinson, a recovering workaholic. ‘With all my years of experience in business, coaching and navigating, the sometimes tumultuous events of my own life, I love to create a space where my clients can take a breath, have timeout from stress and pressure, where the armour worn for daily life is unnecessary and status is irrelevant.
My work invites you to connect deeply with yourself, to notice what matters, what you need and what you want. Once the habit of connecting and noticing is formed, life becomes easier – that’s all of life – personal and professional. I know this from my own experience. Witnessing the transformation of my clients is one of the joys of my life.’

What others say about groups run by Kay:
How you do facilitation felt so safe, that was very powerful for me, allowing us to be in that connection with you really made a difference.
Deb MD, USA
Kay was a phenomenal coaching facilitator for our group sessions; I highly recommend anyone looking for self-development and spiritual growth to consider working with her. She provided just the right amount of structure so we knew what to expect throughout the process.
The structure of the sessions was balanced by her gentle and compassionate demeanor. I knew what to expect regarding the outline of sessions, but was consistently amazed at the end result of each session. Her encouragement of the use of metaphors allowed me to go to a peripheral space that was unfamiliar to me, but highly effective. The metaphors allowed me to connect on a deeper level to my inner wisdom, which in turn helped guide me towards the clarity I was seeking. Each session felt nourishing on a soul level, and the relationships created amongst the participants mirrored that, creating a safe space where each of us could openly share while Kay created the “container” for us to feel free to be vulnerable.
Mary – Kansas, USA
I was really impressed by how deep of an experience I had in the connection. But it was really this exquisite way that you held the space. I loved having an opportunity at the beginning to just talk and be heard and listened to and taken in.
Marcy, USA
It has been a complete joy to be part of Kay’s group. Kay guided us through beautiful, grounding opening meditations, held the space compassionately and asked thought provoking questions. Every session was facilitated in a thoughtful and gently probing way. Her use of mirroring my metaphors back to me enabled me to deepen my connection to myself and gain profound insight, not only from my own personal enquiry but also from those insights of other members of the group. I got so much from being in a group with such wonderful other people, with whom I felt a really valuable connection, which grew deeper over the course of sessions, such that they became the highlight of my diary and an invaluable resource during a difficult time.
