I work with people whose lives are being reshaped by events they didn’t choose – illness, bereavement, caring responsibilities, relationship breakdown, midlife reinvention, the emotional shift into retirement, or unexpected change.
People who are steady on the outside but quietly asking: Who am I now? What matters now? What needs to change?

A coach for more than 20 years, my work offers a calm, intelligent, emotionally safe space where you can turn up exactly as you are and think clearly again.

Clients describe our sessions as spacious, grounding, and quietly transformative.

Before becoming a coach, I spent fourteen years in a global blue‑chip career. I learned how organisations work, how people behave under pressure, and how identity can become tightly woven into performance.

And then life changed.

Over several years, I experienced a cascade of serious life events — heart failure, the loss of both parents, my son’s chronic illness, and two cancers. Each one reshaped me. Together, they dismantled the life I thought I was living.

I tried many forms of therapy. Some helped.

But it was coaching — deep, reflective, metaphor‑based coaching — that helped me find my way back to myself.

I became wiser, steadier, more grounded, and more fully alive.

This is why I do the work I do.

This is why my clients can bring anything to their sessions.

This is why I believe in coaching.

TUAYA means Turn Up As You Are — the space I needed when my own life was changing.

A place to:

  • breathe
  • be seen and heard
  • speak without protecting anyone else
  • reconnect with the truth of yourself
  • make sense of what’s happening
  • explore what you want next
  • create a future that feels aligned and meaningful

Whether you join a group or work with me 1-1, you’ll find a warm, intelligent environment where you don’t have to pretend, perform, or be strong.

Just bring yourself.

That’s enough.

My favourite tools are Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling — powerful, respectful helping you access your own metaphors and inner logic, creating deep insight, clarity, and sustainable change.

I also bring:

  • more than two decades of coaching experience
  • a senior global corporate background
  • lived experience of major life events and transitions
  • ongoing professional development (a coach is never finished learning)
  • my own commitment to being a coaching client — always ask your coach if they have a coach

You can find my qualifications and professional history on LinkedIn if that’s helpful.

People in their midlife and beyond — who are:

  • navigating illness, bereavement, caring, or relationship change
  • experiencing the emotional shift into retirement
  • rethinking who they are and what matters now
  • longing for clarity, steadiness, and meaning
  • ready for a new chapter, even if they don’t yet know what it looks like
  • tired of being strong for everyone else

If this is you, you’re in the right place.

1-1 sessions – online, inperson, or a combination

Small groups.

And you will always be welcome exactly as you are.

If you’re sensing a shift — or simply feeling the quiet pull of change — let’s talk.
